All cancellations and refunds depend on the rental provider’s policy, not RentRideUSA directly.

Policies may vary by:

  • Location

  • Season

  • Vehicle type

  • Supplier rules

Some rentals may be partially refundable or non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel or modify your booking:

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in:

  • Full charge by the rental provider

If a provider approves a refund:

  • Processing time is usually 3–10 business days

  • Method depends on your payment provider


5. Incorrect Information

If incorrect info is given during booking (age, license issues, payment problems), refunds are not guaranteed.
