All cancellations and refunds depend on the rental provider’s policy, not RentRideUSA directly.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel or modify your booking:

3. No-Show Policy
Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in:
No refund
Full charge by the rental provider

Processing time is usually 3–10 business days
Method depends on your payment provider
5. Incorrect Information
If incorrect info is given during booking (age, license issues, payment problems), refunds are not guaranteed.
